Mike joined City News in February, 2022
He was born and raised in Edmonton, AB where he graduated from NAIT's Radio and Television program.
Shortly after graduating, he worked as Gene Principe's assistant for Sportsnet during Edmonton Oilers home games. He also spent time at CHAT TV in Medicine Hat as a sports and news reporter.
Mike then moved to BC to continue studying and live along the west coast.
Finally giving up on the rainy weather, Mike eventually made the move back to Alberta to be closer to home. He now works as an anchor, reporter and producer for 660's evening show.
When not working, Mike enjoys being outdoors, exercising, watching sports and being a film buff.
